Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for non-traumatic femoral head necrosis; 2. Cases and imaging data are complete; 3. Age: 18-45 years old, male or female; 4. Pain in the affected hip for no more than 6 months; 5. The necrosis involves the anterolateral wall, the femoral head has collapsed, and the degree of collapse is less than 4mm; 6. Agree to undergo "surgical dislocation of the hip joint, compression and support bone grafting" treatment, and the applicant will be the main surgeon.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The primary disease requires continued treatment with glucocorticoids (excluding the use of maintenance doses); 2. Combined with other diseases of the hip joint at the same time; 3. Unable to cooperate with drugs and rehabilitation treatment after surgery; 4. The weight-bearing program cannot be implemented as required after surgery; 5. Unable to cooperate to complete follow-up after operation.
