Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the disease: (1) Acute phase: the patient has an epidemiological history or acute HIV infection syndrome within half a year, and is positive for HIV antibody screening test and HIV supplementary test; (2) Asymptomatic period: with epidemiological history, it can be diagnosed in combination with HIV antibody positive. Those who have no definite epidemiological history but meet the laboratory diagnostic criteria can be diagnosed; (3) AIDS: adults and 15 years of age (including 15 years old), HIV infection and any of the following items, can be diagnosed as AIDS or HIV sense, and CD4+T lymphocyte number 1 month; 2) Diarrhea (stool frequency more than 3 times per day) > 1 month; 3) Weight loss of more than 10% within 6 months; 4) Recurrent oral fungal infection; 5) Recurrent herpes simplex virus infection or herpes zoster virus infection; 6) Pneumocystis pneumonia (PCP); 7) Recurrent bacterial pneumonia; 8) Active tuberculosis or non-tuberculosis mycobacterial disease; 9) Deep fungal infection; 10) Space occupying lesions of central nervous system; 11) Dementia in young and middle-aged people; 12) Active cytomegalovirus infection; 13) Toxoplasma gondii encephalopathy; 14) Marneffei basket disease; 15) Recurrent septicemia; 16) Kaposi's sarcoma and lymphoma of skin, mucosa or internal organs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and is on the verge of death; 2. Patients with severe mental illness; 3. Incomplete information affects the judge.
