Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent abdominoperineectomy (APR) or the establishment of permanent terminal colostomy in the left lower quadrant of the abdomen at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from January 2010 to January 2018; 2. CT within 2 years after surgery The results showed that PSH had occurred, or no PSH was found in the CT scan 2 years after the operation; 3. Abdominal CT examination was performed before the operation; 4. The surgical methods were transrectus abdominis and intraperitoneal stoma, and all operations were performed by Qingdao University. The senior deputy director and chief physician with rich experience in general surgery of the affiliated hospital completed the operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history of other abdominal surgery within 2 years after operation; 2. No CT examination before or after operation; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Combined with tumors of other organs.
