Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with mild or moderate depression by the relevant attending physician in reference to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10 F-32) [38] are recommended to a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists will evaluate the referred patients using HAMD-24 scores and divide patients into: Mild depression (8 35). Each group is randomly divided into Group A, B, and C; 2. Age of subjects: 18-60 years old. 3. Meet the criteria for diagnosis of depression, Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) 24 rating: 8-35 points. 4. Consented.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with other severe organic diseases; 2. Terminally ill patients, including those with survival time less than 6 months, having severe organ function injury, unstable vital signs, and coma; 3. Concomitant other psychotic disorders and long-term consumption of psychotropic drug; 4. Acute suicidality; 5. Substance dependence; 6. Pregnant or lactating women, or fertile subjects who are not willing or unable to take effective contraceptive measures.
