Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the relevant requirements for the diagnosis of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis in the 2015 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Common Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine: (1) Adolescent group, age 7-23 years old, no history of trauma; (2) Bilateral spinal muscle asymmetry; (3) Unequal height of the two shoulders or the two scapulae or the iliac crest on both sides; (4) Scoliosis was observed on the full length of the spine on the anteroposterior side radiographs, with the Cobb Angle within 45 degrees, and patients with root symptoms such as radiating pain in the upper and lower limbs were excluded; 2. No obvious symptoms of cardiopulmonary discomfort, no psychological disorders; 3. No other treatment was received during the treatment; 4. Sign the informed consent after informing the patient's guardian of the treatment plan and observation requirements in detail.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria and are mistakenly included; 2. Other types of spinal diseases were detected, such as lumbar disc herniation, vertebral spondylolisthesis, tuberculosis and other diseases; 3. With other physiological or pathological conditions that may affect the observation of effect indicators; 4. During the treatment, other therapies or analgesic oral or topical drugs were used; 5. In line with the manipulation, traction therapy contraindications or unable to carry out functional exercise patients.
