18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult inpatients with spinal cord injury and neurogenic intestinal dysfunction, whose symptoms include at least one of the following: (1) Attempting to defecate for half an hour or more every day or every other day; (2) Symptoms reflecting autonomic reflex disorders before or during defecation; 2. Those who can eat normally without other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract; 3. Daily intake of dietary fiber <= 10g/d.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with dietary intervention; 2. Severe gastrointestinal disorders or complications that make eating difficult; 3. Gluten allergy; 4. Unwilling to participate or complete the study for other reasons.
