Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Be at least 18 years old; 2. Specific volume of erythrocytes 30%-55%; 3. Sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Damaged, ulcerated, infected and edema of fingertip skin; 2. Exclude severe infection, severe dehydration, severe liver and kidney insufficiency, and cardiac insufficiency; 3. Patients with blood system diseases such as coagulation dysfunction.
