18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Simple CABG, the operation method is beating heart bypass transplantation without cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Combined with borderline lesions (stenosis 50%-70%); 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Agree to enter this study and sign the informed consent; 5. Coronary bypass surgery at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University; 6. Preoperative clinical evaluation of cardiopulmonary function and liver and kidney function can tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency CABG surgery, secondary CABG surgery; 2. Severe cardiac insufficiency or combined cardiogenic shock; 3. Intraoperative emergency conversion to cardiopulmonary bypass CABG; 4. Preoperative associated with malignant arrhythmia; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Patients with malignant tumors with expected survival time less than 1 year; 7. Suffering from mental illness and poor compliance.
