18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-40 years old, the diopter of both eyes = 16/20; 3. Intraocular pressure 10-21 mmHg; 4. OCT showed no obvious pathological changes in macula; 5. No previous eye disease affecting vision.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Moderate myopia or hyperopia; 2. Abnormal ocular development, such as lens dislocation, shallow anterior chamber, etc; 3. Eye surgery history; 4. Combined with glaucoma, macular disease, retinal detachment and other visual impacts; 5. Women who were pregnant, breast-feeding, or of reproductive age during the study period; 6. Therapeutic eye drops were used within 1 week; 7. Incomplete clinical data; 8. Poor compliance or poor inspection coordination (poor repeatability of inspection results).
