Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the requirements of the diagnostic criteria and be between 20 and 55 years of age, of either sex. 2. Have poor living and working posture or incorrect exercise patterns. 3. VAS score greater than 3. 4. Not given other methods of treatment within the last 2 weeks and not participating in another clinical trial. 5. Those who are conscious, able to understand and cooperate correctly and can express themselves clearly. 6. No congenital scoliosis, deformity, tumour, inflammation and other bone and joint diseases such as scoliosis and other diseases of the neurological, muscular and skeletal systems of the neck and shoulder, except for non-specific neck pain; 7. Enrolled members complete the CRF form as required, sign the informed consent form, agree to conduct this intervention trial and are able to complete the entire rehabilitation program as planned. Note: All the above criteria were met before inclusion.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases with infections, tuberculosis, bone tumors, severe pain, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, and cervical intervertebral stenosis; 2. Women during pregnancy or lactation; 3. Patients with cognitive impairment and psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with skin breakdown disorders; 5. Patients with a history of cervical or thoracic spine trauma surgery; 6. Patients with a history of spinal fracture or spinal surgery (including minimally invasive surgery); Note: Subjects who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
