Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Men and women are not limited, age 30-80 years old; 2. According to the WHO Diabetes Expert Committee Report (1999) criteria diagnosed as diabetes (type I, II) and the new international clinical classification of diabetic retinopathy (2002) patients diagnosed as glycemic; 3. Patients who have undergone OCTA and FFA examinations at the same time and obtained clear images within 1 week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other fundus retinopathy in addition to diabetic retinopathy; 2. For patients with turbid refractive media (obvious cataract, vitreous hemorrhage) and unable to obtain clear imaging results, the OCTA image quality score is less than 45 points; 3. Patients who cannot cooperate with the inspection of fixation; 4. Patients with other fundus diseases (age-related macular degeneration, PCV, optic atrophy, etc.) in addition to diabetic retinopathy; 5. Combined with other ophthalmic diseases that affect vision.
