65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Elective interbody fusion; 4. 8:00am-12:00am patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe mental illness and/or history of psychoactive substance abuse; 2. Complicated with central nervous system disease; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Complicated with severe organ insufficiency/failure; 5. Severe language impairment, visual impairment , Hearing impairment, dementia patients who cannot complete the scale examination; 6. Non-24-hour sleep rhythm; 7. Those who cannot cooperate with the implementation of the clinical research program.
