18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of suspected cases and COVID-19 light, common type, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Treatment Protocol (Trial Version 9); 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Patients with anxiety in their psychological state, i.e., a score >=45 on the Beck Anxiety Inventory; 4. Understand the study procedures and voluntarily sign the electronic written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiac, hepatic, or renal complications or a combination of other serious primary diseases or psychiatric disorders; 2. Patients treated with tracheal intubation or mechanical ventilation.
