Experimental group 1:Nasal irrigation with 0.9% saline 250ml twice a day for 4 weeks
Experimental group 2:Nasal irrigation with 1.5% hypertonic saline 250ml twice a day for 4 weeks

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. SARS-CoV-2 infection nucleic acid test positive, according to the "COVID-19 Treatment protocol (Trial Version 9)" diagnosis of mild or ordinary patients; 2. Age >=18; 3. Nasal irrigation ability; 4. Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant; 2. Suffering from immunosuppressive diseases; 3. Patients participating in other medical trials; 4. People who have negative NUCLEIC acid results for COVID-19 with upper respiratory symptoms; 5. Severe/critical COVID-19 patients; 6. People who cannot answer the phone or access email/Internet; 7. People living with the patients currently participating in the study.
