Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 75 years old, male or female; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of asymptomatic or mild novel coronavirus pneumonia; 3. Isolate, observe and treat in the shelter hospital or isolation point; 4. People with psychological stress symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, depression and so on were analyzed by Health Status Questionnaire (PHQ9), GAD-7 Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale and Zong's Self-rating Depression Scale; 5. Fully informed of the purpose, method, and possible risks of the trial, agreed to participate in the clinical study and signed the informed consent form; 6. Good compliance, willing to cooperate to complete the questionnaire, face-to-face interview and psychotherapy according to the requirements of the scheme, and complete the follow-up on time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who participated in other clinical studies 3 months before enrollment; 2. Those suffering from anxiety, depression or other mental diseases requiring clinical treatment; 3. A person with a history of drug abuse, drug abuse, or alcohol abuse; 4. The researchers believe that there are any unsuitable conditions for inclusion.
