Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 and above; 2. The clinical diagnosis is caries or pulpitis; 3. Patients or their guardians can communicate; 4. ASA: Grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Myocardial infarction, stroke, severe valvular dysfunction with severely reduced ejection fraction, shock, sepsis, acute respiratory distress syndrome, or end-stage renal disease were not regularly treated within 3 months; 2. A dying person who lives no longer than 24 hours.
