Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. COVID-19 asymptomatic/mild infected children and their caregivers in Shanghai COVID-19 infection centralized isolation points. Children aged 2-18 years old, caregivers aged 18-70 years old; Pulmonary imaging showed no obvious infection; 2. Children didn't have serious diseases, nor the acute stage of chronic diseases, and did not need long-term oral or injection drugs; 3. Adults didn't have serious diseases such as tumors, nor the acute stage of chronic diseases, and did not need long-term oral or injection drugs; 4. Informed consent was obtained for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of serious adverse reactions of physiological seawater nasal cleaner; 2. Patients and guardians were unable to cooperate to complete the trial and follow-up.
