Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vitreoretinal disease who are confirmed by ophthalmoscopy, B-ultrasound and OCT and need PPV surgery, including iERM, iMH patients, and PDR, PVR, and MTM patients with fibrous hyperplasia; 2. Before participating in the research, a signed informed consent form must be obtained, and all the steps in the research must be completed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Glaucoma, active ocular inflammation, corneal disease and cataract affecting fundus examination; 2. There is active inflammation or infection in or around the eye (such as keratitis); 3. The dioptric medium of the studied eye is seriously cloudy, resulting in the inability to obtain clear ocular imaging data, such as SD-OCT, FA, color fundus photography (CFP), etc., affecting the safety and efficacy observation of researchers; 4. Have hereditary bleeding tendency or coagulation dysfunction; 5. History of previous ophthalmic surgery, heart, liver, kidney and other serious diseases, fasting blood sugar > 8.3 mmol/L or other surgical contraindications; 6. History of anti-VEGF, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, radiotherapy or chemotherapy 1 month before treatment.
