18 Years to 49 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA score I or II; 2. 18.0 kg/m2 <= BMI <= 30.0 kg/m2. 3. clinically confirmed early-pregnancy by color doppler ultrasound (< 12 weeks)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate; 2. ASA class III or higher; 3. Allergy to relate durg; 4. Severe liver/kidney/cardiopulmonary/central nervous system dysfunction; 5. A procedure time > 10 min; 6. Long-term take sedative or analgesic medications.
