Group 1 :Different doses of dextromethorphan as adjuvant

Age

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female, aged 18-65 years; 2. The ASA (American Society of Anesthesiology) score is I or II; 3. Body mass index (BMI) is 18-30 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck surgery; 2. Difficult intubation; 3. Unable to cooperate; 4. Nerve block failed; 5. Have a history of analgesia within 4 weeks before operation; 6. Allergic to the drugs used in this study; 7. Contraindications of SCPB, such as infection near puncture point and known coagulation disorder; 8. Mental or neurological diseases that are not suitable for this study or refusal of participants.
