Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Personnel who have undergone physical examination twice or more in the health management center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University; 2. Those who are over 18 years old, have basic reading and writing skills, and voluntarily join and sign informed consent; 3. At the same time, the high-risk groups of chronic diseases (abnormal glucose regulation, high blood pressure, coronary atherosclerosis (not meeting the standard of stenting), low bone mass, nonalcoholic fatty liver, metabolic syndrome, metabolic related fatty liver, sleep disordered breathing, pulmonary ground glass nodules, HPV16/18 positive, Helicobacter pylori infection Colorectal adenomatous polyps, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, liver, kidney and other vital organ diseases or severe mental illness not controlled by drugs; 2. Unable to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey and physical assessment.
