Control group:Implement routine care based on COPD disease diagnosis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is in a stable disease period, which meets the standard of "2021GOLD Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease: Global Strategy for Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention of COPD (Updated Edition)"; 2. Patients can take care of themselves completely; 3. Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe complications or mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Combined with other diseases of the respiratory system such as lung cancer, combined lung disease, asthma, etc.;
