Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy with one of the following three conditions in the selected eye: (1) Tractional retinal detachment found by clinical examination, involving the macula or near the macula, meets the surgical indications for vitrectomy; (2) Vitreous hemorrhage occurs repeatedly or does not absorb; (3) Vitreous hemorrhage is accompanied by tractive retinal detachment confirmed by B-ultrasound; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Agree to join the study and follow up on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The general condition is too serious to perform vitrectomy; 2. Previously received intravitreal injection for less than 1 month; 3. Previous history of glaucoma; 4. In cases of vitreous hemorrhage, only point-like local vitreoretinal adhesions were found during the operation; 5. The patient cannot complete the follow-up; 6. Past uveitis, retinal vein occlusion and other diseases that may have macular edema; 7. Previous vitrectomy history.
