18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as a suspicious malignant lung nodule and plan a lung resection; 2. Age > 18 years and < 80 years; 3. The pre-operative clinical diagnosis is stage I or stage II; 4. Approved by related physicians; 5. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients who are undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Exclude those with contraindications to exercise training or Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET) tests; 3. Exclude patients with exercise-restrictive diseases; 4. Exclude those who refused to persist in exercise training; 5. Exclude patients with other types of tumors; 6. Exclude patients who have had previous thoracic surgery; 7. Exclude patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, or speech deficits; 8. Exclude patients who have had malignant tumors in the past 5 years.
