18 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-acute stroke patients diagnosed by MRI or CT and meeting the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China"; 2. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of pulmonary infection; 3. Age >= 18 years old; 4. Tracheotomy patients who have taken off the ventilator or do not need mechanical ventilation; 5. Patients who can cooperate with the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable vital signs who may be transferred to the ICU for treatment; 2. Patients with malignant tumors or other infectious diseases.
