Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-70 years old; 2. ASA grade 1-2; 3. Ability to comply with the research protocol; 4. Include patients who accept two nerve block methods and are willing to receive any block method at random; 5. Patients who plan to undergo elective thoracoscopic lobectomy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with abnormal coagulation function; 2. Deformity of the puncture site and history of surgery; 3. Abnormal skin sensation caused by other diseases; 4. History of allergy to local anesthetics; 5. Those who cannot cooperate in their mental state, suffer from mental illness, have no self-control, and cannot express themselves clearly; 6. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
