Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gender is not limited, age is 18 to 70 years old (inclusive); 2. For patients diagnosed with novel coronavirus in our hospital, the diagnostic criteria refer to the Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for New Coronary Virus Pneumonia (Trial Ninth Edition). The specific criteria are as follows: (1) Suspected cases (any one of the epidemiological history): 1) There is a travel history or residence history in the case report community within 14 days before the onset of illness; 2) Have a history of contact with a person infected with the new coronavirus within 14 days before the onset; 3) Have been in contact with patients with fever or respiratory symptoms from communities with case reports within 14 days before onset; 4) Clustered disease; (2) Have 1 of the above epidemiological history and meet any 2 of the following clinical manifestations, if there is no epidemiological history, meet 3 of the clinical manifestations, or meet any 2 of the clinical manifestations and new coronavirus specificity IgM antibody positive (recently vaccinated is not used as a reference indicator): 1) Clinical manifestations related to novel coronavirus pneumonia such as fever and (or) respiratory symptoms; 2) Possess the imaging features of the above-mentioned novel coronavirus pneumonia; 3) Symptoms or decrease in the total number of white blood cells in the early stage of onset, and normal or decreased lymphocyte counts; 2. Confirmed cases: Suspected cases have one of the following etiological or serological evidence: positive nucleic acid test for the new coronavirus; those who have not been vaccinated against the new coronavirus are positive for both the new coronavirus-specific IgM antibody and IgG antibody.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined tumors; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with mental health problems in the past; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
