Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Severe and critical patients who meet the requirements of the ninth edition of the new coronavirus pneumonia diagnosis and treatment plan: (1) Heavy duty: 1) One of the following conditions occurs: shortness of breath, respiratory rate (RR) >= 30 times/min; resting state, refers to oxygen saturation 50% within 24-28 hours and is managed as severe; (2) Critically ill (meet any one): Respiratory failure and mechanical ventilation are required; shock occurs; combined with other organ failure requires ICU monitoring and treatment; 2. New coronary pneumonia patients with chronic underlying diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who have been enrolled in other clinical trials within 3 months.
