Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The anesthesia classification (ASA classification) is II-III; 2. The age of the patient is 0-15 years old; 3. Cardiac function grade I-II; 4. Diagnosed as children with biliary atresia; 5. No heart, lung, brain and other coexisting diseases before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete medical records such as diagnosis and treatment; 2. Patients with liver cancer and other diseases; 3. Allergic constitution; 4. Unable to participate in the research; 5. Quit the researcher halfway.
