18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo short urological surgery under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask; 2. Surgical trauma is minimal; 3. Age 18-70 years old; 4. Operation time <= 2 hours; 5. Airway Malammpati grade 1-2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate; 2. ASA > Grade II; 3. BMI >= 30 kg/m2; 4. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 5. History of lidocaine allergy; 6. Gastroesophageal reflux, acute upper respiratory tract infection; 7. Patients with a history of airway and craniofacial surgery; 8. Many attempts to insert LMA failed.
