18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years, no gender requirement; BMI 18-28 kg/m2 2. Elective surgical patients with ASA grade I-II; 3. The level of transaminase is less than 2.5 times the normal value; Child-Pugh grade A.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, hormone therapy, and immune adjuvant therapy; 2. Thrombosis, bile duct obstruction of portal vein or hepatic artery thrombosis; 3. Patients with severe heart, kidney (serum creatinine > 2 mg/dl) and endocrine diseases or immune system diseases before operation; 4. Patients with adrenal insufficiency before operation; 5. Long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs; 6. History of allergy to anesthetics; 7. Those with a history of mental illness; 8. Chronic alcoholics or recent history of heavy drinking.
