Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of chronic NLBP in the Expert Consensus of Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute/Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain in China by the Expert Group of Spine and Spinal Cord Committee of China Rehabilitation Medical Association; 2. Obtain a nurse practitioner qualification certificate and have been engaged in clinical nursing work for 1 year or more; 3. Age between 25-45 years old; 4. The pain lasts for 1 year or more; 5. Sign the informed consent; 6. VAS is between 3-10 points and each ODI score is between 1-5 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Administrative, learning and internship personnel; 2. Pregnant women and people with a history of pregnancy within 1 year; 3. People suffering from congenital spinal diseases and spinal deformities; 4. Received other drugs or exercise therapy in the past 3 months; 5. Pain in buttocks and thighs; Abnormal sensation and reflex of lower limbs.
