Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Continuously hospitalized adult patients with various organic cardiovascular diseases aged >= 18 years in the Department of Cardiology; 2. Participate voluntarily without violating the routine diagnosis and treatment process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Right bundle branch block, ventricular tachycardia, third-degree atrioventricular block, paced rhythm, ventricular pre-excitation, isolated right heart failure, pneumothorax, dextrocardia, rehospitalization less than 2 months after discharge, and those who failed to undergo the necessary medical examinations.
