Experimental group:Balanced anesthesia with esketamine, dexmedetomidine, and sevoflurane
Control group:Balanced anesthesia with sufentanil and sevoflurane

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical condition I-III; 3. Body mass index (BMI) is 18-30 kg/m2; 4. Planned elective VATS pneumonectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Sick sinus syndrome or severe bradycardia (heart rate < 50 beats/min); 2. More than second degree atrioventricular block without pacemaker; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction < 40%; 4. History of coronary heart disease or myocardial infarction; 5. Liver or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh C grade or undergoing renal replacement therapy); 6. Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease; 7. Seizure or epilepsy; 8. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 9. Have a history of chronic pain or use sedatives and analgesics before operation; 10. Allergic to the drugs in this study.
