Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Samples that were tested by real-time RT-PCR using the Hybribio COVID-19 Real-Time PCR kit in Hybribio Medical Laboratory in Guangzhou.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Samples lack of the records of detection kit or Ct values.
