Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old; 3. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI) score > 7 points; 4. The subject has no hearing and vision impairment, no family history of mental illness and other physical diseases; 5. I and my family members signed informed consent to intervene, guide and follow up for the purpose of research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for fMRI; 2. Pregnant women; 3. With other sleep disorders; 4. Receive other psychotherapists; 5. Secondary insomnia caused by other diseases; 6. Suffering from mental system, respiratory system, digestive system, endocrine system and other diseases that affect cognitive function, such as diabetes, AD, craniocerebral injury, cerebrovascular disease, etc.
