65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective urethral minimally invasive urological surgery under general anesthesia in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from 2022.03 to 2022.08; 2. aged 65 to 80 years with ASA grade I-III; 3. BMI 19-25 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal liver function (AST or ALT>2.5×ULN), has a medical history of hepatectomy or liver transplation; 2. Patients with abnormal renal function (serum creatinine>2 mg/dl); 3. Patients was assessed as having difficulty airway or difficulty mask ventilation; 4. Patients with serious cardiovascular disease, including uncontrolled hypertension (Systolic blood pressure is greater than 180 mmHg), atrioventricular block of grade 2 or higher, sick sinus syndrome, myocardial infarction or ventricular aneurysm; 5. Long-term use of sedatives, sleeping pills and antidepressants; 6. Allergic to study drugs (remimazolam, propofol, etc.); 7. Mental retardation mental disorders epilepsy, severe hearing, visual impairment, or any other conditions that affect would communication; 8. Chronic alcoholics or recent history of heavy drinking.
