Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women who are registered in Daxing District People's Hospital of Beijing in the early stage of pregnancy and have regular prenatal examination; 2. Pregnant women with single pregnancy; 3. The gestational weeks in the group were less than 14 weeks; 4. Have one or more of the following high-risk factors: age>35 years old, BMI >= 24, family history of diabetes, family history of hypertension, previous history of macrosomia, previous history of diabetes in pregnancy, previous history of hypertension in pregnancy, history of hypertension, positive urine glucose, hyperlipidemia, hypothyroidism, polycystic ovary syndrome, irregular menstruation before pregnancy, pruritus vulvae with candida infection; 5. Eliminate pre pregnancy diabetes or abnormal glucose tolerance through early screening; 6. Agree to sign a written informed consent and be willing to cooperate with the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Twin and multiple pregnancy; 2. Those who are mentally abnormal and unable to cooperate; 3. Those who take drugs that may affect glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism during pregnancy; 4. Active hepatitis or hepatitis B virus carrier; 5. Have a chronic history of heart disease, kidney disease, respiratory system disease, immune system disease, connective tissue disease and other diseases; 6. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with intervention and guidance, such as the number of lectures<1.
