Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) diagnosed by bone marrow morphology and immunophenotyping (in line with WHO 2016 diagnostic criteria), including newly treated AML, secondary AML (MDS/MPN transformation AML and treatment-related AML) and relapsed AML; 2.Age =60 years old, or<60 years old AML patients with unfit intensive chemotherapy; 3.Obtain informed consent signed by the patient or legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) at the bone marrow morphology or molecular level; 2.Allergy to any drug involved in the program; 3.Other serious medical conditions that may limit patients' participation in the study (such as advanced infection, uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiac insufficiency or angina, severe liver dysfunction, etc.) 4.Patients who are participating in other clinical trials; 5.Unable to understand or follow the research protocol; 6.Other conditions that the researcher considers inappropriate for inclusion.
