Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Be willing and able to sign the informed consent form; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. Full civil capacity; 4. The patient's ascites volume is suitable for puncture operation; 5. Infection confirmed by clinical pathogenic test or clinically suspected infection (such as increased white blood cell count, elevated procalcitonin, and abdominal inflammation indicated by imaging).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot cooperate with the test; 2. Those who cannot obtain samples by puncture and fluid extraction; 3. The cause of ascites is clear; 4. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in this experiment.
