18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years; 2. Nasopharyngeal carcinoma was confirmed by pathology and had not received anti-tumor treatment in the past; 3. PHQ-9 score < 10; 4. The ECOG score is 0-1; 5. The expected survival time is more than 2 years; 6. Be able to read and understand the survey contents; 7. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma; 2. Have previously suffered from other malignant tumors (except for the cured basal cell carcinoma or cervical carcinoma in situ); 3. Pregnant women, who are in the reproductive period and have not taken effective contraceptive measures; 4. Have been diagnosed with depression and other mental diseases in the past, or are receiving treatment for mental diseases; 5. People with cognitive impairment or poor understanding; 6. It is accompanied by other serious diseases, which may affect compliance and follow-up.
