Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 70 years; 2. Patients with lateral discoid meniscus; 3. Patients with normal morphology but lateral meniscus injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint infection; 2. Patients with malignant tumor around the joint; 3. Severe meniscus degeneration; 4. Not willing to participate; 5. Combine other diseases or factors that affect DNA and RNA sequencing.
