45 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =45 years; (2) Residents who file physical examination in the community; (3) Dementia Risk Assessment Scale (CAIDE) =6; (4) Participants who voluntarily participated in the study and obtained informed consent; (5) Normal communication and understanding ability, able to cooperate with the completion of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have moderate to severe cognitive impairment or have been clearly diagnosed with various types of dementia; (2) suffering from serious physical diseases, serious mobility disorders; (3) Those with visual, hearing and expression disorders that affect the investigation cannot communicate effectively.
