Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Less than 85 years; 2. Weight below 85 kg; 3. Unilateral knee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate; 2. Unable to cooperate; 3. Revision TKA; 4. Allergy or intolerance to TXA and ropivacaine; 5. Major psychological problems; 6. Renal insufficiency; 7. Hepatic insufficiency; 8. History of previous thromboembolism; 9. History of stroke; 10 Bilateral TKA.
