Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.MN was confirmed by renal biopsy in all patients at our centre from January 1,2007 to October 1,2021.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary membranous nephropathy, or coexisting with other glomerular diseases, failing to meet the standard of nephrotic syndrome, or receiving immunosuppressive therapy within 6 months before biopsy, baseline eGFR<45ml/min/1.73m2, and glomerulus less than 8; 2. Did not receive continuous CTX for at least 3 months or initial treatment based on CsA for at least 5 months.
