Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The primary tumor is thyroid papillary carcinoma; 2. The first treatment was total thyroidectomy+lymphadenectomy; 3. The first rmPTC lesion in the neck was diagnosed by the following means: 1) At the same time, three imaging methods (neck ultrasound, neck and chest CT and iodine 131 whole-body scan) were performed, and at least two imaging methods were used to diagnose neck rmPTC; 2) The largest lesion was confirmed by fine needle aspiration biopsy; 4. Neck rmPTC with localized lesions: 1) Located in the ipsilateral neck; 2) = 5 lesions; 3) The maximum diameter of lymph nodes is 8-30mm; 4) No distant metastasis was found in imaging examination; 5. = 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Laryngoscope indicates contralateral vocal cord dysfunction; 3. Coagulation dysfunction and organ dysfunction; 4. There is no suitable puncture and ablation path; 5. Failure to follow up on schedule; 6. Have a history of mental disorders, personality disorders, cognitive disorders, and brain organic diseases.
