Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young men of Han nationality aged 18-45 years who are about to enter the plateau.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to curcumin; 2. Taking the articles related to the tested function within 3 months, which affects the judgment of the results; 3. Stones in urinary system or biliary system; 4. Those who do not cooperate, do not take the sample according to the regulations, and are unable to determine the efficacy or incomplete data, which affects the efficacy or safety judgment; 5. Severe peptic ulcer, functional gastropathy, gastric erosion or bleeding.
