Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The mild case of Omicron COVID-19 infection confirmed in Shanghai Fangcang Hospital since April 20, 2022, has not suffered from taste and smell dysfunction; 2. Age = 18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental or neurological diseases; 2. Previous oral and nasal surgery or radiotherapy; 3. Previous manifestations of olfactory and taste changes, history of head trauma, allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, long-term use of corticosteroids, and history of corticosteroid allergy.
