Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing tracheal intubation general anesthesia; 2. ASA grade I or II; 3.18 years= age = 65 years; 4. The operation duration is less than 3 hours; 5.BMI:18~28kg/?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not cooperate; 2. Patients with severe hypertension and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Patients with severe head and face deformities, neck lesions, space occupying lesions of oral cavity and upper respiratory tract, and airway hypersensitivity diseases have cough, pharyngalgia and other symptoms before operation; 4. Malnutrition and myasthenia gravis; 5. People who are allergic to amide and ester local anesthetics; 6. Difficult airway.

| Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, pulse oxygen saturation and heart rate were recorded 10 minutes after entering the room, after airway surface anesthesia, when placing laryngoscope, and immediately after endotracheal intubation.;Techanivate score was used to evaluate intubation response;Record whether choking, ventilation and pulse oxygen saturation during extubation.;VAS score was used to record the patient's throat at 0, 4, 12 and 24h after extubation.; | — |
