Intravenous carbohydrate infusion group:253ml of 10% glucose solution was intravenously injected before surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parturient women undergoing elective cesarean section; 2. Age = 18 years; 3. ASA I-II; 4. BMI 18-35 kg/m2; 5. Single term pregnancy (= 37W).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects refused to participate in the study; 2. Contraindications related to intraspinal anesthesia (abnormal coagulation function: PT>14s, APTT>41s, PLT = 50 * 109/L, serious insufficiency of blood volume, intracranial hypertension, puncture site infection); 3. Use targeted anti-shivering drugs before operation (intravenous use of dexmedetomidine, sufentanil, pethidine, tramadol, etc.); 4. Preoperative thyroid disease, psychiatric disease, Raynaud syndrome and other related diseases affecting body temperature; 5. Preoperative fever (axillary temperature = 37.3 ?); 6. Preoperative fetal distress is suspected; 7. Impaired liver and kidney functions (transaminase>3 times the normal value, creatinine>177umol/L).
